This is important information and commonly asked questions for all online customers.

HOW TO ORDER FROM AAZIES ONLINE:

The Aazies Online Store operates like any other online storefront:

  1. Browse to find all the items you need and add them to your cart.
  2. Check out by providing your details, phone number and location using the nearest exact address and post code.
  3. Our delivery partner Pargo will provide you with a list of available pick-up points near you.
  4. Select your pick up-point and complete payment through Paystack.
  5. We will begin to prepare your order and let you know when it is ready for delivery. This should take at most, 10 days.
  6. When your order is collected, Pargo will provide all shipping information and let you know when to collect your order.
  • Please note that due to package rules, orders are limited to 15 items, which include a limit of 3 pairs of shoes.
  • If we can't fulfill your order, we will contact you to replace the missing items,  or cancel the order with a full refund as soon as possible.
  • If an item is damaged or needs to be replaced, please follow our returns and exchange guidelines.

WHAT IS AN ONLINE POP-UP?

An online pop-up store is our way of offering a limited selection of popular items to customers that can not visit our store during the busy holiday period.

 

HOW LONG WILL THE ONLINE STORE BE OPEN?

The online store will be accessible until the 1st of February 2025.

WHY CAN'T WE ORDER ONLINE AND COLECT AND PAY IN STORE

For now, the online stores ordering and payment system operates separately from our physical location and we can not accommodate in store collection. We hope to provide this service soon.

WHY DON'T YOU OFFER MORE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our current service providers offer us the best access to fulfill online services. As we expand, we hope to incorporate as many more options as we can. This may include services such as EFT, Zapper and Google/Apple Pay for payments and more  delivery services.

WHY CAN AN ORDER OR ITEM BE UNAVAILIBLE

Items from our online store are subject to the same limits as any physical store. While we will do our best to note that an item is not immediately available, sometimes the last piece of a popular style, color or size can be taken before it is assigned to your order. Should this happen, you will be informed when that item may be available, as well as given options to exchange or cancel that item or your full order.

WHY DOES MY ITEM NOT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO

Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to replicate the exact color of an item through a screen and photo. While we have tried our best to capture the photo under neutral conditions, there are too many factors involved, from the time of day to your own screen settings, that can affect color or perspective.

CAN WE RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IN STORE

No. As mentioned above, the online stores payment and invoice system is separate from the physical store and our staff will not be able to help. The Return and Exchange policy will detail the options available

WILL THE ONLINE STORE EVER REOPEN OR EXPANDED

We hope that customers will enjoy using the store and if there is enough demand, we will do our best to expand into a complete online experience.
